- I bought this microwave on Amazon and shipped it to Ghana where I started using it and it got very very hot on the outside. I turned it off for couple hours nd when I turned it back on it didn’t work. I wrote to Amazon in November I think and they had been sent proof of receipt but haven’t heard from them since and they haven’t refunded my money either. First I have experienced something like this with a microwave. I would never buy a microwave online again.
